This was the case for a project we carried out for a large mining plant in the Caucasus region. A reducer designed for the movement of large conveyor belts, subjected to a demanding workload.
Starting from a technical drawing, we developed the 3D project and designed all the static components (casings and various parts) and dynamic components (bevel gear, gears, shafts...) by calculating all the relevant dimensional aspects. This was a task for our technical department, which created the detailed designs and calculations for each individual component.

A powerful right-angle gear reducer was needed, where the speed/torque combination was particularly efficient and ensured the realization of a reliable reducer once installed at the site of use.
